It has been a while since I’ve made an update. The internet connections have been few and far between this past week. After spending an awesome week with Chris and Zoe out in Akumal (Quintana Roo) on the Caribbean Coast, I made the decision to ride back down to the west coast to meet up with Claire again. I wanted to get more info about the countries and roads south. Seeing as she has ridden this route already on her XR250L it made sense to me. I will not be going into Belize, I will just head straight into Guatemala from Chiapas now. Claire and I have been trying to get off the grid as much as we can with dirt tracks and cool camp spots.
